Often, Chinese Medicine involves a series of treatments performed at regular intervals. Jacob's initial sessions with children and their parent(s) are 75 minutes in order to include a health history from parent(s), a brief assessment, and mainly hands-on Medical Qigong treatment (see the Elements page for more information). It's a flexible, comfortable experience throughout which the child is free to move, play with blocks, read a book, or even watch a video.
After the initial visit, the follow-up allows us to continue the treatment plan and assess the transformation of your little one's signs and symptoms. These tend to last about 30 min, as children's bodies need less time than adults' to absorb the changes and information transferred during the Medical Qigong, due of their high vitality and constant transformation.
