Qigong for the Earthly Organs

This group of four organs is in charge of our Earthly expressions and emotions:
the dirt and the churning mantle, the water cycle and the rivers that flow and pivot with gravity

Housing Grief when we cannot let go, Sadness and Guilt can Slacken the Qi of the Lungs and slow down moisture. Cough, Phlegm, Breathlessness call for a renewal of ‘the water cycle’.

Lung Qigong

Warmups and qigong designed to support Lung healing and function. Bringing White, moisture and expansion within, while lengthening and clearing channels and chest.

Large Intestine Qigong

Warmups and qigong that target the function and healing of the Large Intestine. Allowing White to saturate, water to support function and warming the body’s surface.

It provides stability beyond receiving the food and drink and is the main creator of necessary moisture making organ function possible. As this pivotal hub, Stomach is also the dirt upon which we stand and build. It is the low ground that collects the overflow of the constant saturation and spillover of the juicy organs like Spleen/Pancreas, Kidneys and Liver.

Stomach Qigong

Warmups and Qigong that apply directly to the Stomach and bolster it’s incessant pivoting, like the rotation of the Earth on Her axis. Regaining feeling in the numb channels effectively reconnects the top and bottom of the body.

Spleen/pancreas Qigong

Warmups and Qigong that support the healing and function of the Spleen/Pancreas.

The incessance of the Earth’s mantle, constantly churning and changing, is the same as the constant breaking-down and renewal of cells in the body.
