Intermediate Qigong Forms:
Support your Body’s Functions Consciously

A 10-week series of 45 minutes classes

QIGONG FORMS-focused class, including discussion topics that align with the breakdown of the Qigong forms we’ll be utilizing. Each session will involve the whole form, followed by a breakdown focus which changes each week. We’ll narrow our focus on one aspect each week to examine how the body is called to express holistically. During the ten weeks, we’ll learn two Qigong forms:

  • Eight Brocades Qigong

  • Dao Wu Zang Qigong

This intermediate course is available to those who’ve completed the basic course. People who want to deepen their awareness of Qi and the dynamic flow it takes throughout their body will be drawn to intermediate work.

Come to this simple and dynamic connection through the internet via the comfort of your own home, and enhance your sensitivity and skill (gong). We’ll sit and talk, and we’ll engage together as group. We’ll practice qigong together, establishing the basics that are pivotal to doing any and all forms of qigong, and seek a practical, real-world experience of the vital energy that is called Qi. By the end, we’ll have a regular gentle exercise practice in our lives, and enhance your sense of personal power in your health.
